2. Perused the petition.
3. Petitioners have sought to quash the FIR registered against them in Crime No.317/2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
4. When the matter is taken up herein, learned Additional State Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.2-State submitted that after trial all the petitioners are acquitted of the above charges by judgment and order dated 10.12.2015. In view of the said submission, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition.
5. accordingly, petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2015 filed for stay does not survive for consideration, accordingly, it is dismissed.
