JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.
Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner has, upon considering that the primary relief which is prayed for in para 14(A), 14(B) and 14(C) may not be available in the facts and circumstances of the case, requested for permission to withdraw present application at this stage with a view to filing fresh petition for the purpose of placing, for consideration by the Court, the same grievance and request, with help of proper averments and details.
2. The request as prayed for is granted with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition for similar grievance, after incorporating necessary and proper averments.
3. With such clarification, petition is disposed of as withdrawn at this stage.
