Learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner has deposited Rs.10,000/- on 13.01.2012 before the trial Court. Learned advocate for the petitioner has produced photocopy of the receipt, which is ordered to be taken on record.
Having heard learned advocate for the parties and considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on usual terms and conditions and on the petitioner furnishing personal bond of Rs.2,000/- to the satisfaction of Family Court, Junagadh.
Post the matter on 1st February, 2012.
