1. Rule, returnable on 03rd December, 2012.
2. This Court (Coram: S.R. Brahmbhatt, J) had passed following order on 11th July, 2011:
"Notice pending admission returnable on 20/7/2011. Status-quo be maintained by all, including the petitioners, in respect of subject land. Direct service permitted."
3. It is, however, clarified and more particularly considering the fact that the possession is already taken over by the Government and the Collector, Ahmedabad is in possession of the land in question, Status-quo to be maintained by both the sides. It is further clarified that the same is without prejudice to rights and contentions of both the parties.
Direct service is permitted.
