JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the applicants submit that no ingredients of offence under Section 497 of the Code are disclosed qua the applicants and offences could not have been registered at the same time allegations under Section 507 read with Section 114 are baseless and complaint is filed to abuse the process of law.
Notice returnable on 9.4.2012.
Meanwhile there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of para 6(C).
