Heard learned Advocate Mr. Devang Nanavati for the Applicant and Ms. Lilu K. Bhaya for Respondent No.2.
The present Application has been filed for fixing an early date of hearing of Criminal Misc. Application No. 18035 of 2011 on the grounds stated in the Application.
Having considered the ground and the submissions, the present Criminal Misc. Application cannot be entertained and deserves to be dismissed and accordingly stands dismissed.
