The applicant has approached this Court praying for expediting the hearing of the Case No. 1111 of 2017, under Section 12, Protection of Woman From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Gopiganj, District Bhadohi (Sant Ravidas Nagar) pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., Bhadohi since October, 2017.
Having considered the submission advanced and having perused the material on record, this application is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
