The instant petition has been filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 1225/2010, within a time specified by this Court.
A perusal of the record of the instant petition reveals that this Court in a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution bearing No. 8711 of 2016 has already issued directions to the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments by fixing short dates.
Having regard to the direction already issued by this Court in the above petition, no further direction is required.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
