Heard Sri G.P.Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction in the order dated 13.12.2018 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 13.12.2018 is corrected as under:-
"In 3rd line of 5th paragraph of the order dated 13.12.2018 in the name of Police Station- Kalan the word Kosi is added before the word Kalan and the name of police station shall be read as Kosi Kalan."
Accordingly, the correction application stands disposed off.
