The petitioner aggrieved by the non-issuance of the appointment order in respect of the selection done by the Railway Recruitment Board has come forward to file this writ petition. M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.

2. Registry has raised an objection that this has to be filed before the appropriate Forum (Central Adminsitrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench) and posted the matter before this Court for maintainability.
3. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.
4. This Court is of the considered view that the remedy open to the petitioner is to invoke the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench, and therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the Writ Petition S.R. is rejected and the petitioner is granted liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.
