2. After arguing the matter to some extent, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
In view of the disposal of the main petition, pending interlocutory application does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
