JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.
The case is taken up through Video Conferencing.
Heard learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned AGA for the State. The writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 3 & 4 not to harass the petitioners by forcefully interfere in their happy marriage life.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners as guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
(iii) Issue such other order or direction which this Hon?ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
(iv) Allow the writ petition with cost."
Mr. Surya Prakash, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not want to press this writ petition as FIR has been lodged in the matter, as such, it has become infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
