JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. This petition under Article-226 of the Constitution of India has been filed, with the following prayers :
"(A) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the order dtd. 27.2.2012 passed by the Resp. No.1 Authority in Revision Application No.MVV/BKHP/NVS/2/2011;
(B) Pending admission, hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, Your Lordships may be pleased to stay the operation, implementation and execution of the order dtd. 27.2.2012 passed by the Resp. No.1 Authority in Revision Application No.MVV/BKHP/NVS/2/2011;
(C) Pending admission, hearing and final disposal of this Writ petition, Your Lordships may be pleased to stay the operation, implementation and execution of the order dtd.30.4.2011 passed by Resp. No.2;
(D) Pending admission, hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, Your Lordships may be pleased to direct the respondent authorities not to take any coercive action;
(E) Be pleased to pass such other and further reliefs as may be deemed just and proper by Your Lordships in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, Mr.Dekshesh Mehta, learned advocate for the petitioner states that the interest of justice would be met, if the petitioner is permitted to make an application for early hearing of Revision Application No.MVV/BKHP/NVS/2/2011, that is pending adjudication before the Additional Secretary (Appeals) and the Additional Secretary (Appeals) may be directed to consider and decide the same, within a time-bound period.
3. Upon the above statement being made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the following order is passed :
In the event that the petitioner makes an application for early hearing of Revision Application No.MVV/BKHP/NVS/2/2011, within a period of 15 days from today, the Additional Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department, shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law. The decision shall be rendered, within a period of three months from the date of hearing thereof.
The petition is disposed of, in the above terms, without entering into the merits of the case.
Direct service of this order is permitted.
