JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. This petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs;
"(A) Your Lordships may be pleased to admit / allow the present petition, in the interest of justice;
(B) Be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or writ of certiorari or any appropriate writ or order or direction and direct the respondents to waive the training as the petitioner has, almost, completed 16 years of being an Assistant Teacher. Therefore, kindly direct them to treat or absorb him as a trained Teacher; Alternatively, direct all the respondents to provide training as per condition no.3, as per Ann.E to the petition, forthwith, in the interest of justice."

2. It is stated at the bar by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has never applied for undergoing training for the said post nor the respondents have offered him to undergo the training. In view of the above statement, it is observed that if the petitioner prefers an application requesting the respondents to permit him to undergo the said training, the respondents shall consider the same. With the above observation, the petition stands disposed of. Direct service permitted.
