JUDGMENT / ORDER

By way of present application, filed through jail, has prayed either for bail or to decided the criminal appeal at the earliest.
Heard Mr.H.L. Jani, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1-State and perused the papers produced before me. Mr.Jani states that the applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 056(2), 342 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code and convicted for seven years. The applicant is involved in the serious offence and the appeal is of the year 2010. This is successive bail application.
In view of above, I have not found anything in the application to entertain. Hence, the present application deserves to be dismissed and is hereby dismissed.
