In view of the communication dated 18.04.2012 addressed by the PSI, Ambaliar to the Executive Magistrate, Bayad explaining effective steps taken to prevent breach of law and order and/or peace pursuant to marriage of petitioner with petitioner No.2, no further direction is required to be issued in this matter.
It will be open for the petitioners to approach the District Superintendent of Police, Sabarkantha in case of any threat to their lives.
The District Superintendent of Police, Sabarkantha is directed to take all necessary steps to avoid any untoward incident in the area.
With the aforesaid this petition stands disposed of.
