JUDGMENT / ORDER

By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for restoration of the main Writ Petition being Special Civil Application No.506 of 2011 for the reasons stated in the application and has also further prayed for condonation of delay of 71 days.
This Court had issued Rule. Mr. Baiju Joshi, learned advocate appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Alkesh Shah, learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.3 and 4. Considering the averments made in the application and in view of no objection raised by Mr. Baiju Joshi as well as Mr. Alkesh Shah, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is hereby allowed. Rule is made absolute. The main matter being Special Civil Application No.506 of 2011 is restored to file and the same be listed for admission hearing on 6.2.2012.
