JUDGMENT / ORDER

In view of the contentions raised and having heard learned Counsel Shri Vijay Patel for H.L.Patel Advocates for the Applicants as well as learned APP Mr. H.L.Jani and also considering the order passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 15515 of 2012, the following order is passed:
Notice to the Respondents returnable on 11th December, 2012. Learned APP Mr. H.L.Jani waives service of Notice for Respondent No.1-State of Gujarat.
Ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 5(B) is granted till then. To be heard with Criminal Misc. Application No. 15515 of 2012. Direct service permitted.
