JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Dhaval D.Vyas, learned advocate for respondent No.1, states that the affidavit-in-reply shall be filed in the Registry during the course of the day.
Mr.S.P.Majmudar, learned advocate for the petitioners, submits that he has received a copy of the said affidavit-in-reply wherein it is stated that the respondent-Nagarpalika would abide by the decision of the Collector.
A copy of the said affidavit-in-reply be supplied to the learned Assistant Government Pleader, who may take instructions regarding this aspect, by the next date of hearing.
