JUDGMENT / ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) The applicant, appearing as party-in-person, has insisted upon appearing himself and has also insisted upon arguing his own case. However, it appears, after hearing the applicant that the applicant is not fully prepared to explain his case in proper perspective in terms of the legal framework, therefore, it is directed that an Advocate shall be appointed from the Legal Aid Committee to assist the Court on behalf of the applicant.
In the meantime, issue Notice to respondent No.1, making it returnable on 26th December, 2012.
