ORDER ON CORRECTION APPLICATION
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause.
(i) In the fourth line of second paragraph of the order dated 04.09.2018, Section 506 IPC be deleted and in place of it, Section 452 be added and read.
Accordingly, the correction application is allowed.
Office is directed to issue a certified copy of the order accordingly.
