This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to provide proper and immediate exertise /special medical treatment likewise AIIMS,New Delhi or SGPGI , Lucknow to the petitioner's ailing brother who is convicted prisoner at District Jail, Bulandshahr."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within a stipulated period.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No.4 ventilating his grievances within 10 days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall do the needful in accordance with law preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
