Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 and Sri Suresh Singh for the respondent no.4.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :-
"1. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to acquire the land of the petitioner i.e. Khasra No.421 and 353 area 2.9270 Hectare situated in the village Mutaina Pargana Dankur, Tahsil Sadar, District Gautam Buddh Nagar after providing a suitable circle rate to the petitioner, so that justice may be done."
After perusing the averments made in the writ petition and the documents appended thereto, we find that for the redressal of the grievance raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, he has already filed a representation dated 30.8.2019 before the respondent no.3 but the said representation has not been decided.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to respondent No.3/Special Land Acquisition Officer, Gautam Budh Nagar, to decide the said representation filed by the petitioner before him on 30.8.2019 strictly in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
