Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioners had deposited the entire due amount and that their electricity connection has been permanently disconnected. At present there are no dues outstanding against the petitioners.
In view of such statement made, no cause of action survive.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
