Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Court concerned to decide application 6-C filed in Original Suit No. 1170 of 2014 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it appears that on 29.05.2017, the court had declared service upon the defendants sufficient through publication and had fixed 30.08.2017 as the next date. The last date disclosed in the order-sheet is 18.04.2018.
As to what happened on the last date is not disclosed In view of the above, this Court considers it appropriate to give liberty to the petitioner to apply to the court concerned for consideration of the pending application, if the parties have already been served, as alleged.
