By order dated 13.02.2018 in Writ-C No. 5872 of 2018, this Court directed the Additional District Magistrate(Judicial), Bhadohi to decide the proceedings under Section 28 of U.P.L.R. Act, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
It is evident from the material placed on record that taking notice of the direction issued by the Writ Court, the opposite party passed an order on 13.06.2018 for holding proceedings on day to day basis. The complete copy of order sheet of the case has not been annexed and thus it is not possible to ascertain as to why the proceedings have not concluded so far. Therefore, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to proceed in contempt, but in case, the proceedings are inordinately delayed even after filing of a certified copy of this order before the opposite party, it shall be open to the applicant to approach this Court by way of a fresh petition.
The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.
