Order on the Amendment Application The amendment application has been filed with the prayer to permit the petitioner to correct the prayer clause of the petition. The aforesaid application is supported by an affidavit.

Order on the Petition The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the Principal, Judge Family Court Mirzapur to decide the Original Suit No.104 of 2020 (Yogendra Mishra Vs. Smt. Sunita Mishra) under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondent.
It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the matter is pending consideration before the court below for a long time and the petitioner is suffering irreparable loss. He prays for expeditious disposal of the suit.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the court below to consider and decide the matter on its turn without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
