Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State-respondent.
This petition assails an order of suspension dated 30 October 2018. Bearing in mind the nature of allegations, which are levelled, this Court finds no ground warranting interference with the order of suspension. The various contentions, which are raised by the learned counsel in the course of his oral submissions touch upon the merits of the allegations, which cannot possibly be decided by this Court, at this stage, since they shall clearly form part of the disciplinary proceedings which are contemplated.
On an over all consideration of the aforesaid submissions, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the order impugned.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
