JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 21
Case :- PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION (PIL) No. - 4621 of 2018 Petitioner :- Yogender Nath Respondent :- State Of U P And 12 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sanjay Pathak Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Govind Mathur,Acting Chief Justice Hon'ble Chandra Dhari Singh,J.
This petition for writ said to be filed in public interest is preferred to have following reliefs:-
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 1 and 2 for taking necessary action against the respondent nos. 3 to 13 regarding the reimbursement of money of investors who invested their money through the agents in favour of industries in question and treating the instant writ petition as Public Interest Litigation (PIL).
II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Government of India as well as State Governments of this country to decide the representation of the petitioner for taking necessary action against the respondent no. 3 to 13 for needful purpose of relief the money of investors which invested by them in favour of aforesaid industries."
From bare perusal of the reliefs claimed, it is apparent that dispute in question is of purely private nature and that cannot be entertained in writ jurisdiction. Respondent nos. 3 to 13, being private persons, are not amenable to writ jurisdiction.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
Order Date :- 26.10.2018 Shubham .
