Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide Case No.1558 of 2016 (Yogesh Shrimali alias Sonu Vs. Vibha Devi), under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, within stipulated period.
The order-sheet of the case does not indicate that the matter is as yet ripe for final adjudication. Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage. However, it is observed that in absence of any legal impediment the court concerned shall ensure that the proceedings are brought to its logical conclusion, keeping in mind the provisions of Section 21-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
