Mr. Prem Chand Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this writ petition and seeks direction to respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the petitioner's complaint dated 30.12.2017, within time frame. We are informed that the complaint is already under consideration. In view thereof, we dispose of the writ petition with the observation that respondent No. 3 shall consider and decide the complaint, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that we have not examined merits of the case.
