Against the order of punishment as also affirmed in appeal petitioner has preferred statutory revision, which is pending and has not been decided, so far.
Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to a direction being issued to revisional authority to decide petitioner's revision.
Sri Adarsh Bhushan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent UPSRTC has no objection.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the revisional authority together with certified copy of this order, annexing copy of revision, within three weeks from today. In case petitioner does so, the revisional authority shall dispose of revision on merits, by way of a reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
