Sri Gyan Prakash, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, appearing for the respondent no.2, has invited our attention to Apex Court's decision in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. and another Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation, reported in AIR 2018 SC 2039, which is a Three Judges Bench Decision, to contend that the vires of the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, which has been challenged in this petition, has already been upheld by the Apex Court.
Put up tomorrow i.e. 31st January, 2019 to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to go through the above judgment.
