Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondents.
The petitioner has preferred inter-alia with the following prayer:-
"[I] Direct the respondent No.1 i.e. Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra to decide the case being suit no.1623 of 2017 (Yogesh Kumar Vs. Smt. Sarvesh @ Laxmi), pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court Agra since 17.08.2017 within stipulated period fix by this Hon'ble Court."
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending since 2017, till date no final decision has been taken and prays for expeditious disposal.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No.1 i.e. Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably with a period of one year from the date of production of a self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
