In the supplementary rejoinder-affidavit, the petitioner has demonstrated that the salary has been paid to the teachers of the same college in which appointment has been made by the same Management but the petitioner's case has been isolated. Name of Shashendra Bahadur Singh has been mentioned in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the supplementary rejoinder-affidavit filed today.
Let specific instructions be sought from the opposite parties as to why such a discrimination has been made by the opposite parties.
