Heard Shri Mohd. Akaram, counsel for the petitioner; Standing Counsel for respondent No.1; and Shri Atul Kumar Tiwari counsel for respondent No.3.
The services of petitioner was terminated on 28.03.1997. The matter was referred to the labour Court, by award dated 06.08.2000, it was directed that petitioner be reinstated with back wages.
Nagar Palika Parishad, Farrukhabad filed Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.12249 of 2001, the said petition was dismissed by order dated 11.11.2005.
Contention of counsel for petitioner is that though petitioner was reinstated, but his back wages as well as increment has not been given by the respondent. In regard to the same he had made number of representation, last one of which is dated 08.01.2019.
In view of the above, it is directed that the respondent No.3 shall look into the grievance of petitioner and decide representation dated 08.2019 by reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
