By means of the present anticipatory bail application the applicant who is apprehending his arrest seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.110 of 2021, u/s 420, 406, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Sadar, District-Mathura.
It has been informed by the learned A.G.A. that the police has submitted charge sheet against the applicant, thus, the life of the present anticipatory bail application got exhausted.
Under circumstances, instant anticipatory bail application stands DISMISSED.
