The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing Assistant Regional Manager to conclude departmental proceeding pending against the petitioner.
Without entering into the controversy raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing Assistant Regional Manager(respondent-3) to conclude departmental proceeding pending against the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, if the petitioner cooperates in it.
