Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner claims to have retired from the post of Chief Chemist on 31 December 2017. By the instant writ petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to provide the entire retiral benefit with interest at rate of 18% which was detain by him as possible as early within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that fifth respondent shall consider and decide the claim of the petitioner expeditiously.
In regard thereto, without entering into the merit of the case, as well as, rival contentions raised by the respective parties, it is provided that the fifth respondent, Chief Manager Kisan Sehkari, Sugar Factory Limited, Budaun, shall consider and decide the claim/representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably, within three months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition.
With the aforementioned observations/directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
