JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner has been asked whether the petitioner is claiming minimum of pay-scale or minimum wages under the Minimum Wages Act. He has categorically stated that the petitioner is claiming minimum wages and not minimum of pay-scale.
The Court is of the view that the matter relates to the Labour Law. Therefore, it is cognizable by a Bench dealing with labour matter.
Put up on Monday i.e. on 12.9.2011 as fresh before the appropriate Bench.
