ORDER:
This revision is filed against the order dated 04-07-2014 passed by the Court of XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in I.A No. 174 of 2014 in O.P No. 1338 of 2014 filed by the sole respondent herein.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The trial Court passed an order of status quo way back on 04-07-2012. The grievance of the petitioners is that though counter was filed in the I.A, the trial Court has not taken up the matter so far. The circumstances under the I.A is being adjourned are not immediately before this Court.
The C.R.P is therefore disposed of directing that the trial Court shall dispose of I.A No. 174 of 2014, after hearing both the parties by the end of January, 2015.
The miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
