The petitioner has submitted Ext.P3 application for the issue of a FL-11 licence. According to the petitioner, they are entitled to be issued with such a licence. The limited relief sought for in this writ petition is a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3. The learned Government Pleader appears for the respondents.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider Ext.P3 application in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks of the date of receipt of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
