ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in insisting on the payment of enhanced tuition fee totalling Rs.8280/- for the 2 year LL.M course for declaration of results as arbitrary, illegal and against principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to insist upon payment of enhanced tuition fee for declaring the results of IV semester/Final year of 2 year LL.M course for the academic year 2010-12.”
At the hearing, M.V.Pratap Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Letter, dated 07.11.2014, is also addressed to the Registry to that effect.
In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.44341 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
