Yerra Prem Kumar & others.
… Appellants And The Govt., of Telangana, Rep., by its Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad & others.
… Respondents This Court made the following:
THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT APPEAL No. 1435 of 2014 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ appeal is summarily dismissed, as the learned Single Judge on fact found that the writ petition was filed nearly 4 years after the impugned order, which was sought to be challenged in the writ petition, was passed.
The aforesaid inordinate delay has not been explained and rather the writ petition itself suggests the lapses and negligence, if not, acquiescence.
Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
