. Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularity one in the nature of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the impugned Possession Notice dt. 20-12-2013 issued by the 2nd Respondent on behalf of 3rd Respondent pertains to the petitioner land at Sl.No.2 of the notice as arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the constitutional of India and set aside the same by directing not to dispossess the petitioner from the land;
WPMP NO. 48694 of 2013 Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in the Writ Petition the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the impugned Possession Notice dated: 20-12-2013 issued by the 2nd Respondent on behalf of 3rd Respondent pertains to the petitioner land at Sl. No. 2 of the notice, pending disposal of the W.P. No. 39214 of 2013 on the file of the High Court;
The petition coming on for hearing and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 03.01.2014 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Ramana Allu Advocate for the Petitioner and of GP for Home for Respondent No.4, the Court made the following:
ORDER:
Sri V. Raghu who accepted notice for the respondents 1 to 3 seeks time for filing counter.
Post after two weeks.
The interim order granted earlier shall continue until further ordrs.
