It is brought to the notice of this court by Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate that the order passed in W.P.No.6579 of 2017 has been stayed by the Division Bench of this court in W.M.P.No.8889 of 2017 in W.A.No.644 of 2017 today (12.06.2017).
2. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Contempt Petition stands closed. It is open to the petitioner to file fresh contempt as and when necessity arises.
