Yasodha vs District Collector

Petitioners have approached this Court complaining of delay on the part of the 2nd respondent in passing orders on Ext.P2 series of applications stated to have been made under Section 28 (A) of the Land Acquisition Act.

2. The grievance being as above, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the same and pass orders on the aforesaid applications, if such applications have been received and are pending. Such orders shall be passed at any rate within three months of receipt of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
