The case of the petitioner is that his elder daughter is missing and not traceable since last about five months and in spite of approaching the respondent authorities and even undertaking proceedings of habeas corpus in nature, unfortunately, withdrawn by learned advocate for the petitioner, now in view of averments and pleadings in this petition about failure on the part of respondents to trace out missing daughter of the petitioner.
Issue notice returnable on 8.5.2012. Learned APP, waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Direct service is permitted qua the District Superintendent of Police, Nadiad.
If any explanation is not rendered on the returnable date, order in accordance with law will be passed.
Copy of this order be served to leaned APP for necessary compliance.
