JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is not in dispute that after issuance of notice now FIR being C.R. No. 23 of 2012 dated 6.5.2012 is registered with Kapadwanj Town Police Station, District: Kheda, for the offence punishable under Sections 366 and 114 of Indian Penal Code.
Considering the above and with a direction to the investigating officer to carry out fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, the petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. Notice discharged.
