1.0 Rule was issued yesterday returnable today. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Patel made available for perusal a communication received from the Police Sub-Inspector, Varahi. The communication is accompanied by Statements of Roshanben - the wife of the convict, Rasulbhai Dosumiya - the father of the convict and one Dalabhai Andabhai - from the complainant side and zerox copy of the Invitation Card for the marriage.
2.0 Taking into consideration the fact that it is specifically mentioned in the communication that the complainant has no objection if the convict comes to attend the marriage only, the application is allowed. The convict is ordered to be released on Temporary Bail for a period of 10 days from the date of his release, on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail authorities.
2.1 The convict shall surrender to the jail authorities on expiry of the Temporary Bail period.
2.2 Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
